Description
The Fairino FR3 is the entry-payload member of the FR-series, a compact six-axis collaborative robot built for high-precision work in space-constrained production cells. Rated for a 3 kg payload across a 622 mm reach with ±0.02 mm repeatability, it is sized for benches, small pedestals, and mobile carts where automation must be redeployed quickly between stations.
Its six rotating joints give full orientation control for delicate, repeatable trajectories such as screwdriving, small-component placement, adhesive dispensing, and test-fixture loading. Fairino positions the FR3 across 3C and electronics, semiconductor-adjacent work, metal processing, industrial gluing, and new-retail automation. With Modbus TCP and Profinet connectivity plus an open SDK for C++, Python, and C#, it slots into existing PLC, CNC, and vision setups rather than replacing them. The light payload and tight footprint make it well suited to high-mix lines with frequent changeovers, where fixed automation would be impractical and a precise, easily relocated arm earns its place.
