Description
The PUDU CC1 Pro is Pudu Robotics' AI-powered autonomous cleaning robot for commercial floors. It combines four cleaning methods in one machine — scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming and dust-mopping — switches between them by itself, and covers 700–1,000 m²/h in all-covered mode or 1,500–3,000 m²/h in AI spot-cleaning mode.
What makes the CC1 Pro different is that it looks for the dirt and then checks its own work. AI vision recognises common wet stains such as coffee, sauces and puddles in real time and plans a route straight to them; the rear AI camera — the first on a commercial cleaning robot — inspects the floor it has just cleaned, triggers spot re-cleaning where a stain remains and produces a cleaning-performance heatmap after every task. The same rear system monitors the brushes and squeegee and flags maintenance issues before they cause secondary contamination.
Navigation uses PUDU VSLAM+, a fusion of LiDAR and visual positioning that needs no QR codes or floor markers, so large and frequently changing spaces are mapped and re-planned on the fly. An Omni-Sense perception system detects static and moving obstacles continuously; routes are re-planned within a second and missed areas are revisited once the obstacle has gone. The robot is certified to IEC 63327, the safety standard for autonomous floor-treatment machines.
With the optional docking station the CC1 Pro charges, refills clean water and drains dirty water by itself; the self-cleaning docking station also washes the roller brush and squeegee, and a mobile water station needs no plumbing work at all. Tasks, schedules and maps are managed in the PUDU Link app, PUDU Cloud keeps the record of every run, and optional e-gate and elevator control let it move between floors.
The CC1 Pro is deployed in supermarkets and retail, hotels, hospitals and clinics, offices, schools and campuses and transport hubs — anywhere with large floor areas, busy aisles and layouts that change during the day.
