The SIASUN HC-X6-B is a mobile collaborative robot in the DUCO family that places a collaborative robot arm on SIASUN's self-developed autonomous mobile platform, giving it a 470 kg platform load on a 1250 × 700 × 800 mm chassis — the widest vehicle in the HC-X range. The complete system holds a maximum overall accuracy of ±0.3 mm and navigates using a combination of SLAM mapping and QR-code guidance. Like its siblings, it can be equipped with SIASUN-developed vision systems, grippers, and other execution units, allowing the same vehicle to be reconfigured for material handling, assembly, inspection, or precision processing. Comprehensive safety protection covers both the ground plane and the surrounding airspace in real time for safe human-robot collaboration, supported by a chassis wheel system purpose-designed for stability under load.

On the factory floor the HC-X6-B moves between stations to load and unload equipment and to carry out inspection work, bringing robot capability to points a fixed installation cannot serve. SIASUN's case studies for the platform span automotive manufacturing — engine spark-plug assembly and screw-tightening, welding and gluing of body parts, NVH detection for electric drives, automatic nail-blowing and tightening, palletising packages, release-agent spraying for steering-wheel foam parts, battery-pack bolt tightening for new-energy vehicles, and container welding. An integrated teaching pendant lets engineers interact with and debug the mobile platform and the arm from one screen, speeding up deployment, while multiple interaction and communication methods integrate the robot with existing plant systems. Contact-based, wireless, and automatic charging options sustain short-term, real-time, or continuous 24/7 operation.
