- Hand or tray loading An operator places goods on the robot or presents them on trays, rather than relying on a powered conveyor on the robot.
- LCD touch or joystick docking Staff bring the robot into position at equipment through the touch screen or with the joystick, which keeps alignment under direct operator control.
- 300 kg in a compact body The 630 x 825 x 940 mm chassis keeps the footprint small where aisle width and intersection clearance limit the size of mobile equipment.
- SLAM navigation, no guide lines Built-in sensors and cameras read the surroundings and detect obstacles, so routes live in a software map rather than on the floor.
- V-marker alignment to ±10 mm Aligning against a V marker gives repeatable positioning at stations and fixtures, while ordinary stops hold ±30 mm.
- 12 hours of operation A DC24V / 50Ah Li-ion battery supports a 12-hour operating time and recharges in about 1 to 1.5 hours, automatically or manually, so charging fits into gaps between tasks.
Description
The Wonik WR300CB is the operator-facing model in Wonik Robotics' 300 kg range of autonomous mobile robots. Staff load it by hand or by tray, and docking with equipment runs through an LCD touch screen or a joystick, so people stay in direct control at the points where goods change hands.
It suits sites that want to automate the walking rather than the handling: totes, trays and medium-weight goods carried between production cells, from storage to assembly lines, or around warehouse and logistics areas. SLAM navigation with built-in sensors and cameras finds the route and works around obstacles, so no guide lines have to be installed and a changed process means a changed map rather than new floor markings.
At 630 mm wide and 825 mm long the body is compact for a 300 kg rating, and differential drive on two 6-inch urethane wheels helps in narrow corridors and tight turns. Top speed is 1.2 m/sec, but about 0.7 m/sec is the better number for planning a route, since it allows for acceleration, cornering and traffic. Stops land within ±30 mm, tightening to ±10 mm when the robot aligns against a V marker.
Two other 300 kg models share its footprint. At 940 mm the WR300CB is the tallest of the three and has no powered transfer on the robot itself. Choose the WR300CV if loads should move on and off automatically at conveyor stations, or the WR300LF if you would rather carry existing carts, trolleys and dollies.
Key Capabilities
- Hand or tray loading: An operator places goods on the robot or presents them on trays, rather than relying on a powered conveyor on the robot.
- LCD touch or joystick docking: Staff bring the robot into position at equipment through the touch screen or with the joystick, which keeps alignment under direct operator control.
- 300 kg in a compact body: The 630 x 825 x 940 mm chassis keeps the footprint small where aisle width and intersection clearance limit the size of mobile equipment.
- SLAM navigation, no guide lines: Built-in sensors and cameras read the surroundings and detect obstacles, so routes live in a software map rather than on the floor.
- V-marker alignment to ±10 mm: Aligning against a V marker gives repeatable positioning at stations and fixtures, while ordinary stops hold ±30 mm.
- 12 hours of operation: A DC24V / 50Ah Li-ion battery supports a 12-hour operating time and recharges in about 1 to 1.5 hours, automatically or manually, so charging fits into gaps between tasks.
This model is offered on a quotation basis. Configuration, accessories, integration scope and delivery schedule all change the final figure, so pricing is confirmed per project rather than listed.
Buying through Robotix Market
This unit is sourced new through established distribution channels and ships worldwide with the manufacturer warranty. Technical support is coordinated with the manufacturer's own service network. Deployment scope, configuration, and commissioning responsibilities are agreed as part of the quotation — on-site installation is not included in the product price.

Frequently Asked Questions
By hand or by tray. An operator places goods on the robot or presents them on trays, so there is no powered conveyor on the robot to line up with a station. The tray format is confirmed with the quotation.
They are its equipment docking method. Staff use either one to bring the robot into position at a machine or station, which keeps alignment under direct operator control.
Stop accuracy of ±30 mm covers ordinary halts at a target position. Docking accuracy of ±10 mm applies when the robot aligns against a V marker, so the two are separate tolerances for different jobs.
All three carry 300 kg on a 630 x 825 mm footprint. The WR300CB is loaded by hand or tray and stands 940 mm tall, the WR300CV transfers loads by automatic conveyor at 890 mm, and the WR300LF lifts carts, trolleys and dollies at 450 mm.
The operating time is 12 hours on a DC24V / 50Ah Li-ion battery, and charging takes about 1 to 1.5 hours, automatically or manually. Actual runtime depends on load, route and duty cycle.
It is offered by quotation — configuration, quantity and delivery are confirmed per project.
