The Topsky LT-ZXD12 is a rail-mounted autonomous inspection robot designed for continuous, repeatable patrol of underground mine belt roads, industrial tunnels, utility corridors, and infrastructure galleries. Operating on a suspended overhead track, the platform follows defined routes automatically or under manual remote control, covering at least 5 km per charge at 0.5 m/s with up to 5 hours of continuous endurance. Its multi-modal sensor payload integrates a 30× optical zoom camera (5 megapixels), a 384×288 thermal imager covering temperature ranges from −20°C to +150°C, and a 360° pan/tilt head with full vertical range, enabling both visible-light inspection and thermal anomaly detection across the full width of a corridor without repositioning.

Wide environmental tolerance from −35°C to +75°C operating temperature and a communications architecture spanning RS-485, RS-232, Ethernet, 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, and power-line carrier makes the LT-ZXD12 deployable in challenging underground settings where connectivity and conditions vary significantly. Collected data and processed inspection results are forwarded to a supervisory system for historical archiving and real-time display, including support for mobile and web-based operator interfaces. The platform targets operators in mining, utilities, and industrial infrastructure who need reliable, automated patrol coverage of long, repetitive corridors without sending personnel into areas that may be hazardous, confined, or operationally sensitive.
