The Topsky Tianlong Tandu is a heavy-class, multi-functional unmanned ground vehicle for fire and rescue operations, built to take on several fireground roles from a single rugged chassis: fire-extinguishing support, reconnaissance, equipment and materials transport, and hose logistics. Its signature capability is a fog cannon with a large air exhaust volume, used for smoke exhaust, air supply and ventilation, airflow circulation, and dust suppression — with circulation water driving water-resource conservation. At 1964 mm × 1298 mm × 1396 mm and up to 600 kg, with a traction force of 6000 N or more, the Tandu sits firmly in the heavy rescue UGV class: it drags two DN80 full water hoses over 100 m or more, with published references to hauling up to six DN80 hoses depending on scenario and configuration.

The platform is aimed at complex incident scenes — industrial fires, smoke-heavy confined structures, underground or semi-enclosed spaces, and disaster zones — where its air-management functions restore visibility and safe working conditions while crews stay back. Mobility figures match that brief: a top speed of at least 1.81 m/s with straight-line deviation of 0.42% or less, climbing ability of 83.9% or more (about 40 degrees), obstacle crossing of at least 220 mm, and a wading depth of 500 mm or more. Onboard sensors for multiple toxic and harmful gases feed environmental data out of the hazard zone, and the robot connects to a networked cloud platform that streams position, battery level, audio, video, and gas-detection data to incident command in real time.
